About us

Chiara
My relationship with yoga has changed many times since the day I tried it for the first time - and hated it. It was only a couple of years after that I gave it another go, and finally found a space where I could put my mind to rest. Sure, initially I was chasing pose after pose, posting my results on Instagram and sometimes pushing my body to its limits for a fancy photo, but gradually my practice has evolved, becoming softer, gentler, more intimate. A way for me to look within, to explore my feelings and my soul. Within my practice and the classes I teach today, I aim to develop a space to feel centered, balanced, calm, through movement, meditation and breathwork.
I have been teaching yoga online and in various studios, firstly in London and now in Lucca where I am currently based. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal yoga, with the common thread of offering classes where theme, movements and breath lead together to creating a space to reconnect with oneself, feeling invigorated yet calm and restored.

The yoga practice came to me during a hectic phase of my life. Amid a lot of changes of direction and moving around, the moments of grounding and introspection that yoga offered gradually became a home to go back to to find peace and belonging.
Yoga is the space where I choose being over doing, where I reconcile with my mind, body and soul.
I practice and guide aware, intuitive movement, breath, and rest with the purpose of gifting my students that precious space and time to fully be with theirselves.
My vinyasa, yin and nidra practices are carefully designed around themes in order not only to relax, expand, strengthen and sometimes challenge our body but also to offer space for self reflection and spiritual growth.
I have been teaching in several studios since 2018, first in Amsterdam, now in Lucca where I am currently based.
I also teach online and organize events, workshops and retreats.
