As the days get longer and the sun starts shining brighter we gather in this 4-day retreat and take time to emerge from our winter cocoon more rested, centered, connected and radiant.
We'll practice Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Yoga Nidra, we'll walk in the forest, meditate, journal and practice self-care.
There will be time both for movement and stillness, solitude and connection and there will be plenty of space to explore the light within you and let it glow.

Casale Pundarika will be our home during this retreat. Originally called Podere Cordazzingoli at beginning of the century when the house represented a rural reality typical of the social fabric of Riparbella territory, this farm was then abandoned for many years and went to ruins.
Some decades later, a family of Tibetan Buddhist faith chose it as the ideal place for spiritual retreats and meditation.
At the beginning of the 2000s the idea of Casale Pundarika (lotus flower in sanskrit) took shape as a center for residential retreats and a place of meditation and excellent rest.
Currently the farmhouse is run by a team of friends whose goal is to respect the history of the place and provide an opportunity to join a retreat in this corner of Tuscany in touch with nature.

The Casale has 7 apartments, all with their private bathroom, kitchen and outdoor space.
Single, double or triple bedroom in shared apartment are available.
A non-refundable deposit of 150€ is required to secure the booking and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

The area
Surrounded by a Mediterranean forest Casale Pundarika is a typical Tuscan country house ideally set in a magical place, 2km from the village of Riparbella on the Maritime Hills and a few km from the Tyrrhenian coast. A mixed landscape of woods, olive groves, vineyards and a skilfully-worked countryside reflect the agricultural origins of the town.
Opposite is an open view to the sea, the Tuscan Archipelago, with a peek of Elba and Capraia Islands on the horizon and when it’s very clear “the finger” of Corsica.
Casale Pundarika is less than an hour away from Pisa International Airport, and 12km from Cecina train station.
